Terms & Conditions

FarBeyond Educational Consultancy provides study abroad consultancy services including:

• University shortlisting, admission guidance, and application processing
• Student visa application assistance and documentation support
• Test preparation guidance for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, SAT, and more
• Scholarship search and financial aid advisory
• Pre-departure orientation, accommodation guidance, and travel support
• Career counseling, course selection, and academic pathway planning

As a student using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documents, forms, and conversations.
• Submit all required documents (transcripts, test scores, financial proofs) in a timely manner to meet application deadlines.
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your personal information, academic status, or circumstances.
• Attend scheduled counseling sessions, appointments, and respond to communications promptly.
• Pay all applicable consultancy fees as agreed upon in your service agreement.
• Take personal responsibility for meeting university and visa requirements communicated to you.

While FarBeyond provides expert guidance based on years of experience, we cannot and do not guarantee:

• Admission to any specific university or program — decisions rest solely with the institutions.
• Approval of any visa application — decisions are made by embassies and consulates.
• Achievement of any specific test score — results depend on individual preparation and performance.
• Availability of scholarships or financial aid — these are awarded at the discretion of funding bodies.

• Consultancy service fees are communicated transparently before any service begins. No hidden charges.
• Fees are payable as per the schedule agreed in your service agreement.
• University application fees, visa fees, test registration fees, and other third-party fees are separate from our consultancy charges and are your responsibility.
• All fees paid directly to third parties (universities, embassies, testing bodies) are non-refundable by FarBeyond.

All content on the FarBeyond website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design — is the property of FarBeyond Educational Consultancy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

FarBeyond Educational Consultancy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from university rejections, visa refusals, missed deadlines due to student delays, or changes in immigration policies. Our maximum liability is limited to the consultancy fees paid for the specific service in question.

We treat all student information as strictly confidential. Your personal, academic, and financial information will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party. Information is shared only as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., submitting applications to universities, processing visa documents) or as required by law.

Either party may terminate the consultancy agreement with written notice. If you choose to discontinue services, refund of fees will be subject to our Refund Policy based on the stage of service completion. FarBeyond reserves the right to terminate services if a student provides fraudulent information or violates these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from our services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nepal.
