Refund Policy

Transparent refund terms for FarBeyond services

At FarBeyond Educational Consultancy, we believe in transparency. This Refund Policy clearly outlines when and how refunds are provided for our study abroad consultancy services, so you know exactly what to expect.

Section 1

Consultancy Service Fee Refunds

Our consultancy fees cover professional guidance, application processing, documentation review, and ongoing student support. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service:

Before Service Begins

Full refund

A full refund (minus any administrative processing charges) may be issued if you cancel before any work has begun on your application or counseling.

After Service Starts

Partial refund

A partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed. The exact amount is determined on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the stage of service delivery.

After Application Submitted

No refund

Once your application has been submitted to a university, embassy, or testing body, no refund of FarBeyond consultancy fees will be provided as the service has been substantially delivered.

Section 2

Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to third parties are non-refundable by FarBeyond.

These include but are not limited to:

University application fees
Visa application & processing fees
Test registration fees (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
Document attestation & translation fees
Courier and shipping charges
Health insurance premiums

Refund requests for these must be directed to the respective organizations.

Section 3

Visa Refusal

Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and consulates. In the event of a visa refusal, FarBeyond consultancy fees are not refundable. However, we may offer:

  • Guidance and support for re-application at no additional consultancy fee (conditions apply based on your agreement).
  • Assistance with appeal processes where applicable under the destination country's regulations.
  • Alternative destination counseling to explore other viable study abroad options.
Section 4

University Admission Rejection

University admission decisions rest entirely with the institution. If your application is rejected, FarBeyond is not liable for a refund of consultancy fees. We will, however, assist with alternative university applications based on your profile and eligibility at no extra consultancy charge for the same intake period.

Section 5

How to Request a Refund

Submit a written refund request via email to info@farbeyond.com or visit our office in person.

Include your full name, service agreement reference number, and the reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 15 business days with a decision.

Section 6

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are made through the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Section 7

Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will first be addressed through internal review by our management team. If unresolved, disputes will be handled as per the governing law outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
